Your Journey to Pre-Apprval begins with Your Credit.

In order to begin your journey and schedule the Game Plan Appointment with your case manager, we will need to collect certain documents from you as well as do a credit pull.  Please refer to your Member Playbook binder for a list of those documents and the details regarding this step in your journey.

Document Drop-Off & Credit Pull appointment DO NOT NEED TO BE SCHEDULED.  The open times for this appointment is ANY Tuesday or Wednesday between 1pm-5pm in our New Orleans office and every other Thursday between 1pm-5pm in our Baton Rouge office.

Letter Writing Participants:  It is IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND that Nu Leaf does NOT receive responses, so it is UP TO YOU to provide us with the response so that we can ensure you are moving to the next step of your journey.

Letter Response Drop Off Appointment

If you need to drop off your financial documents and have your credit pulled, you do not need to schedule or reschedule that appointment.  Please refer to the information provided to you in your Program Member Binder regarding that appointment.  

Letter Writing Particpants.

When you receive responses from letters mailed to collection agencies or credit bureaus, please schedule a Letter Response Drop- Off Appointment. If you do NOT receive a response from your letter(s) mailed and it has been 30days, please schedule a Letter Response Drop-Off Appointment.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR LETTER RESPONSE DROP OFF APPOINTMENT:

  1. A COPY OF THE LETTER(S) THAT YOU MAILED.
  2. A COPY OF THE GREEN CERTIFIED MAILING RECEIPT WHICH SHOULD BE STAMPED BY THE POST OFFICE FOR EACH LETTER YOU MAILED.
  3. THE RESPONSE YOU RECEIVED FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY(S) OR CREDIT BUREAUS.
  4. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE AND IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS SINCE YOU MAILED THE LETTER(S), IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU HAVE ITEMS 1 & 2 SO THAT WE HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THE LETTER WAS MAILED.  ***DID YOU TRACK THAT THEY RECEIVED THE LETTER?  

 

 

Credit Builder or Game Plan Appointment

If you need to drop off your financial documents and have your credit pulled, you do not need to schedule or reschedule that appointment.  Please refer to the information provided to you in your Program Member Binder regarding that appointment.  

If you missed your original Game Plan or Credit Builder appointment, please reschedule using the form below.

IMPORTANT INFO:  Please note that you must have MISSED your original Game Plan or Credit Builder Appt in order to reschedule these appointments online.  Baton Rouge members should call Case Management to reschedule these appointments.
